Losing  weight takes two key elements:

Mindset and the food you eat.

Nutri-hyp is designed to help both your 

MINDSET : This is the Hypnotherapy part.  Boosting your motivation, your commitment to you, your self control and breaking bad habits.

BODY : Education around the food you eat, when you eat, the portion sizes you consume and the quality of food you are eating.

Working together with both elements you will find that the weight starts to go,you start to feel slimmer, in control and mentally and physically fantastic.

We understand you are all different, height, weight, age, gender, hormones, likes and dislikes will all be taken into account.

Bea ( from B/Nutrition ) and I have combined our Knowledge and skills to bring you this unique package.

A 10 week course in a group of no more than 10 people bringing you a hypnotherapy session each week for the training and altering of your mindset around your relationship with food, and a tailored nutritional plan to educate and help with the foods you need to eat to assist weight loss and promote physical and mental health. We don't do a weekly weigh in, we will weigh once at the beginning of the programme, this weight will be recorded and kept privately, you will be issued with a note book to use as a journal and a food diary, and we will weigh in again at week 5 and at week 10. The focus is not on the scales but on how you feel, in your body, in your clothes, in your mind.

There will be a private support network for all the group to share good and bad days, receive daily support, food tips and recipes, and to motivate and boost one another.

You will receive a HYPNONUT, a ten minute recording to listen to daily and reinforce and empower and boost the mindset throughout the week.

This is not a quick fix but a long term change to eating for the mind and body. If you know you really want to lose weight and keep it off forever this is the programme for you.

If you would like to join Nutri-Hyp we ask for your commitment, an open mind and not just thinking you want to lose weight but knowing wholeheartedly you are ready to make the changes to lose weight.

This programme is £100 for the full 10 weeks, payment options available on request.

We have a maximum of 10 people per group to give you the best of our attention and keep it more personal for each group member.

There will also be the opportunity for ongoing support once the programme is over at a lesser cost.
